Yes, you can pause or cancel anytime.

Some months are busier than others. If you don’t need visual production for a while, you can pause your subscription and save any unused time for later. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and pause, you’ll have 10 days remaining when you return. Resume whenever you’re ready!

Yes. You can upgrade to Visuals+ at any time, and the faster delivery speed and multiple-brand coverage will apply immediately. Downgrades to Core take effect from your next billing cycle.

No problem. Revisions are included, so we’ll work on it until we get it right.

Yes. If it’s not the right fit, you can request a 75% refund within your first 7 days. After the first week of service, no refunds will be issued due to the high-quality nature of the work. Completed work is also non-refundable.

Yes. We can work directly with your team or behind the scenes as your creative production partner.

Yes. You can use all final approved work commercially for your business or clients. Pausing or cancelling your subscription does not affect your rights to work already delivered.

Yes. Saint-Tran Unlimited is designed for ongoing visual production. For larger custom projects such as strategy, complex campaigns, videos or photoshoots, you can also work with Saint-Tran through our traditional project-based service.
