FAQ
What kind of work is a good fit?
Branding, campaign visuals, social media, slide decks, web design, editorial, packaging, email, AI-generated visuals and much more. Anything that needs a sleek visual and design, we're here.
What does one request mean, and how many can I submit?
One request is one clear piece of work or one connected set of deliverables. For example: one campaign visual with social media adaptations. You can add as many requests as you like to your queue, but we work on one active request at a time. Larger projects are delivered in stages.
How quickly can something be delivered?
Most requests are delivered within 1–2 or 4–5 business days, depending on your plan and the complexity of the request.
What happens after I subscribe?
You’ll get access to your design board. Add your requests, share your brief in your preferred format (simple text with references, Google Slides or PDF) and we’ll get started. Everything happens asynchronously through your design board, so you can review the work and leave feedback there.
Do I need to provide all the creative direction?
Not necessarily. Share what you’re trying to achieve, along with any assets, copy or references you have. If you don’t have a clear direction yet, our senior creative team can help develop it and take it from there.
What do I actually receive?
You receive the finished visual work and the appropriate working files for your project. For Web design or UX/UI, we provide Figma files. For Print design, we’ll share InDesign files or PDFs. If you need a specific format or size, just include it in your brief.
Who actually works on the work?
Your work is handled by our senior creative team, led and reviewed personally by founder and creative director Uyen Saint-Tran.
What if the first version isn't quite right?
No problem. Revisions are included. We’ll keep refining the work based on your feedback until we get it right.
Can you take on a larger identity or website project?
Yes. Larger projects can be broken down into stages and delivered through your subscription, from a full brand identity to a complete website.
What falls outside the subscription?
The current plans focus on visual design and creative production. Strategy, media buying, campaign management and complex production such as photography, video, motion design or 3D are not included. For larger project-based engagements, have a look at our Brand Systems and send us your brief at inquiry@sainttran.com.
Can I use it for more than one brand?
Core is for one brand. Visuals+ supports unlimited brands.
Can I pause, cancel or switch plans?
Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime, and you can switch plans when needed. If you pause, any unused time is saved for when you return. Upgrades to Visuals+ take effect immediately, downgrades to Core take effect from your next billing cycle.
How does the refund work?
If it’s not the right fit, you can request a 75% refund within your first 7 days. After the first week, no refunds will be issued. Completed work is also non-refundable.
Can agencies use Saint-Tran?
Yes. We can work directly with your team or behind the scenes as your creative production partner. All final approved work can be used commercially for your business or clients.
Can I use the subscription for just one month?
Absolutely. There’s no long-term commitment, so you can subscribe for one month and cancel whenever you’re done. You’re always welcome to come back!
